The Impressive Stream of Juicy Imagery Fulfilling the Web

Every day – willing or not I wake up. Go to pee. Have a shower. Make a coffee. Check my email. Draw a “to do” list. Check behance, dailyinspiration and itsnicethat as well as different photography blogs. Brush my teeth and get the hell out of my London flat.

WRONG WRONG WRONG!

Apparently in recent times this is not the way a photographer should return to life after surrealistic nomadic dreams in mystic utopian Atlantis-like realities. Instead, it seems a basic requirement for a photographer – or I should rather say a creative must- to wake up, partially or fully undress and start shooting bare feet, old patterns, wrists, butts, tits, vaginas, suspiciously messy blankets or opaque curtains granting a fleeting view on overexposed foggy landscapes – all rigorously within your bedroom.

Jokes aside, I couldn’t stop myself from being amazed by the impressive stream of juicy imagery fulfilling the web that deals with a romantic journey in the private life of an artist and their models placed in their own safe nest: the bedroom.

The bedroom, a familiar and inviolable environment in which they feel safe and confident to explore and understand the deepest nuances of their personas through the use (or superb reproduction) of a nostalgic medium such as film photography with all its imperfections, scratches, dust and noise. Amazing artists such as
